All sales are final, non-refundable, and not subject to cancellation by the customer.
Returns will be accepted and processed only under the following conditions:
1. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Service with your order number and describe the problem. Returns require prior authorization from Ring of Honor’s Customer Care Team.
2. All approved returns must be in the same condition, in their original packaging, and return-shipped to:

Ring of Honor will not replace or refund a returned item received by Ring of Honor in a damaged condition (other than damage resulting from shipment to the customer) or not in its original packaging. Ring of Honor reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show any signs of alterations, damage, misuse, wash, or wear.
3. Ring of Honor will not provide a replacement until the returned item is received by ROH within 14 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. If a replacement item is no longer available, the price of the originally purchased item will be refunded.
